FROM THE INDIANLAND by Malcolm Rosholt is a book about the pioneers and other families that lived in Scandinavia, Amherst, North New Hope, Iola. Gustav and Jenny came from Sweden in June 1903 and settled in Hitterdahl which is north of Iola.
